Welcome to KIKA Kids Club!
By registering or participating in our programs, you agree to the Terms & Conditions below.
1. General Information
KIKA provides structured and safe learning experiences. Parents/Guardians ("Parents") are responsible for reading and understanding all policies before enrollment.
2. Payment Policy
- All fees must be paid in full before classes begin.
- Late payment may suspend participation.
- All payments (registration, down payments, program fees, administrative fees) are strictly non-refundable.
- KIKA may adjust fees when necessary to maintain quality.
3. Attendance & Punctuality
- Students must arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be allowed in.
- Absences must be reported 1 day before the scheduled class.
- No make-up classes are provided for any absence, including sickness.
- Leave days (cuti) may be used according to membership type.
Leave Entitlement (Cuti)
Automatically added to membership period:
- 3 months → 5 days
- 6 months → 10 days
- 12 months → 18 days
Leave must be requested at least 3 days in advance.
4. Safety & Supervision
- Parents are responsible for supervising their child outside class hours.
- KIKA is not responsible for accidents caused by unsupervised activities outside class.
5. Parent Policy in the Facility
- Parents must remain in the lobby; no entry into classrooms.
- Maintain quiet and cleanliness at all times.
- Parents are responsible for their personal belongings.
6. Cleanliness
- Keep the facility clean.
- No food or drinks (except water) allowed inside classrooms.
- Notify staff promptly if spills occur.
7. Noise Control
- A quiet environment must be maintained during classes.
- Disruptive behavior may result in warnings or termination.
8. Conduct & Behavior
- Respectful behavior toward staff and other families is mandatory.
- Aggression, inappropriate language, or harassment is not tolerated.
- Students must be in good health to join class.
- Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.
9. Membership Termination
- 1-month advance notice is required for membership termination.
- All fees paid are non-refundable, including unused classes.
10. Class Enrollment
- Bookings must be made 1 day in advance.
- Class type cannot be changed within an active 3-month cycle.
- A trial class may be taken before registering.
11. Non-Transferability
All memberships, packages, and credits are non-transferable.
12. Lost Items
KIKA is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal belongings.
13. Limitation of Liability
KIKA is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from participation in activities.
14. No Learning Outcome Guarantee
Every child's progress is unique. KIKA does not guarantee specific outcomes.
15. Program & Schedule Changes
KIKA may adjust program content, instructors, or schedules without prior notice.
16. Complaints
Complaints may be submitted in writing. KIKA will respond promptly and professionally.
17. Photography & Media Consent
KIKA may take photos/videos for documentation and promotional use unless Parents opt out in writing.
18. Health & Illness Policy
- Students showing symptoms of illness (fever, rash, infection, diarrhea) will not be allowed to join class.
- No refunds or make-up classes for absences due to illness.
19. Emergency Medical Authorization
KIKA may provide basic first aid or arrange emergency care. Parents bear all medical costs.
20. Dress Code
- Gym: sports attire, long pants for girls, anti-slip socks required.
- Multisensory: bring a spare change of clothes.
21. Digital Communication Consent
Parents agree to receive WhatsApp and email notifications for class schedules and updates.
22. Force Majeure
No refunds will be issued for disruptions caused by circumstances beyond KIKA's control.
